Privacy Statement

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit apostolicgracecovering.org (the “Site”, “Website”), interact with us in any method, make a purchase from us, or donate to Apostolic Grace Covering.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, General Information, and Order Information.

2A. GENERAL CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with information to complete a transaction, verify your payment information, place an order, arrange for a delivery, provide feedback, fill out forms or for any reason provide us with information, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it as outlined in this policy.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in by providing us with your personal information, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by unsubscribing in an email received or by contacting us.

2B. MOBILE PHONE NUMBER (SMS) CONSENT

We may ask for the ability to send you a SMS (text message) for important updates to programs we offer and you have signed up for and event reminders you have registered for.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to our phone number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1-4 SMS messages per month depending on the program you have signed up for as we do the bulk of our communications via email. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

We do NOT share or sell your mobile phone information.

SECTION 3 – SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe.

When you place an order through the Site or other method of communication, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
