EVENTS

Events and Event subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE.

RECORDING PURCHASES

Recordings of events or other information purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.

DOWNLOADABLE OR DIGITAL PURCHASES

Downloadable or Digital purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.

SERVICES PROVIDED PURCHASES

Purchases where we provide a service to you are NON-REFUNDABLE.


PURCHASING A GIFT CARD

The purchase of gift cards is NON-REFUNDABLE.

STANDARD PRODUCT PURCHASES

Standard product purchases such as merchandise or any other items not otherwise outlined in this policy, will be considered a standard product purchase. These products will follow the Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Products, and Order Cancellation sections.

RETURNS

All shipped and used products are considered “Returns.” The return period for our products is up to 14 days after purchase. Please be advised that shipping, handling, custom fees (if applicable), credit card processing fees, and return postage will
NOT be reimbursed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original packaging and receipt.

It is important that you contact us via email PRIOR to sending any return packages. If packages are sent to the wrong address, Apostolic Grace Covering reserves the right to NOT issue refunds.

To help us serve you better, please include in your email the Order Number which was sent to you in the Confirmation Email shortly after your purchase. Please ensure to check in your spam or junk folder in case you did not receive your Order Number.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,

send us an email with your receipt, what you want to exchange it for, and the reason why you would like to exchange the item. We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We will gladly exchange any damaged products due to transportation and manufacturer’s defect.

To expedite the reshipment, please provide your order number and a picture or video of the defective product to us by sending us an email. This helps us identify the issue and ship you the appropriate replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellation requests that have NOT been processed or shipped will generally be granted a full refund. If orders have been shipped out, our Return Policy, stated above, will apply immediately.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or exchanges on sale items.

CREDIT PROCESSING

All refunds will be issued and credited back to the original method of payment only. We reserve the right to refuse issuing any check or credit using a different method of payment due to security reasons. If a gift card was used to make your purchase, any refund issued will be returned to the gift card used to make the purchase.

Once a refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to your email address on file. Please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for us to process your refund. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account.

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund credit within 15 business days upon the refund confirmation email, please contact your bank or credit card company to ensure your account is able to receive a refund credit. If you
still have not received your refund, please

send us an email.
